Orders and Purchases

Payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers (Square and/or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Email Updates Signup
If you sign up for our email updates or download a free resource, we collect your email address and optionally your first name. We use this information to send you updates about new book releases, free resources, and Kingdom Cubs news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Contact Forms
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message so we can respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep items in your shopping cart and to remember your login session if you create an account. We may also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These cookies do not contain personal information.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

How Long We Retain Your Data
Order records are retained indefinitely for tax and accounting purposes. Email updates subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained until you request their removal.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Children’s Privacy
Our website sells children’s books but is designed for use by adults (parents, guardians, teachers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Optional website measurement
Added October 9, 2026. Our website measurement tool is optional. On selected public pages, choose Accept analytics to allow it or Decline to leave it off. You can reopen Analytics settings on a measured public page to change your choice. Declining does not stop you from browsing, shopping, contacting us, or signing up for our email updates.
When you accept, this tool measures visits, public page paths, referring website names, campaign tags, approximate country, device category, active time, scroll depth, and actions such as starting a form or clicking a contact link. Active time is measured while the page is visible and focused, pauses after 60 seconds without interaction, and is capped at 30 minutes per page view. A form attempt or link click is not proof of an order, completed download, or successful inquiry.
The tool uses random browser and tab identifiers rather than names or customer identities. The browser identifier expires after 90 days; a session expires after 30 minutes without interaction. It does not send form contents, email addresses, payment details, full query strings, or private account, checkout, order or client-portal pages to this measurement service. It does not store the visitor's IP address in the measurement record. Hosting providers may process connection information as part of delivering and protecting the service.
Our service provider, Vager Media, processes these measurements through its Netlify-hosted collector at designpeach.co. We use raw analytics records for reports covering up to 90 days. Aggregate statistics without browser or session identifiers may be retained for longer-term reporting. Reports are private. This tool respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Withdrawing consent stops new collection and removes this tool's browser and tab identifiers.
This choice applies to this website measurement tool. It does not enroll you in email marketing or change checkout, email updates, anti-spam, or existing third-party service preferences described elsewhere in this policy. Those services and any permissions you give them remain separate.
