Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship all books via USPS. Most orders qualify for Media Mail rates, which is the most affordable option for books. Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days for delivery within the United States.

- Standard shipping (USPS Media Mail): Calculated at checkout based on order weight
- Free shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow 4-13 business days to receive your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Books must be in their original, unused condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email jealene@jwppublishing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
